If looking good was easy then everyone would be hot! In a perfect world we would all look great and not have to worry about what we eat. Well, bad news, the world isn't perfect and most of us have to watch what we eat and exercise.
Summer will keep your workouts fun and fresh by mixing things up. First she will focus on proper body mechanics and good form to prevent injuries inside and outside the gym. Logging each workout is an important step to keep track of progress and goals reached.
When training with Summer, she will incorporate more free weights and functional moments then machines. She does this because free weight movements, like the dead lift, translate in to moments you do outside the gym (ex: picking up heavy box, a kid, couch, bag of groceries). The same technique used in the gym should be used to pick up everyday things off the ground and using proper body mechanics helps prevent injuries. Her clients receive guidelines on what and how to eat and can provide a more structured diet/lifestyle plan, if desired. Summer looks forward to helping you reach your fitness and health goals.
