Since graduating from Texas Christian University in 1989, Freddie has dedicated his career to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Early in his career he began noticing the need for post-rehabilitation and population specialization. He then started on the path to developing relationships with local doctors and rehabilitation professionals to gain the knowledge and experience needed to practice in a safe, legal and professional manner.
Freddie's expertise and experience prepares him to work with a variety of people in health and fitness, from the average individual to the school athlete, weekend warrior and special populations - in a wide range of categories and age groups.
Freddie believes that everyone should have a specialized fitness program developed for themselves because every one's body, mind and soul are different, therefore, not everyone should train the same and that's where the "personal" in "personal training" means.
